1. Legal Warranty (Québec)
AllerClip™ products are covered by the legal warranty provided under the Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act.
This warranty provides, among other things, that products must:
• be fit for the purpose for which they are intended
• match their description
• remain durable for a reasonable period of time, considering their price and normal use
No provision of this policy limits or excludes these rights.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be offered in the following situations, including but not limited to:
• manufacturing defects
• product damaged upon receipt
• product unfit for normal use
• product not conforming to its description
Damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear is not eligible.

To assess a request, the customer may be asked to provide:
• clear photos of the product
• a short video demonstrating the issue, if necessary

• The customer must contact support@allerclip.com and describe the issue.
• Our team will review the request.
• Depending on the situation, AllerClip™ may offer:
• a replacement
• a refund
• another appropriate solution

5. Returns
• In some cases, a return of the product may be required.
• Return details (label, shipping costs, return address) will be communicated to the customer if applicable.
• In other situations, no return will be required.

• Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after all required information is received.
• Once approved, refunds are issued using the original method of payment.
• Banking processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

7. Personalized Products
Personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or non-conformity, in accordance with the law.
