• Québec / Canada: 2 to 14 business days depending on the carrier.
• International: 7 to 21 business days (if available).
3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions, when applicable.
4. Shipping Carriers
• We use reliable services such as Canada Post or other carriers depending on the region.
• A tracking number is provided when available.
5. Shipping Address
• The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• AllerClip™ is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.
6. Delays and Unforeseen Events
• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak periods, or carrier errors.
• These situations are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist the customer.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
• If a package appears to be lost, the customer must contact us so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
• A solution (replacement or refund) may be offered depending on the outcome of the investigation.
8. Returned Packages
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, reshipping fees may apply.
9. International Deliveries
• Customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable international fees are the responsibility of the customer.
